We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and ingredient lists. However, due to small-batch production, natural variations may occur.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aikend@saucegamefoods.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

5. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, SauceGAME™ may offer limited promotions (e.g., free shipping, sampler discounts, etc.). These offers are valid while supplies last and may be discontinued without prior notice.
Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Return and Refund Policy

At SauceGAME™, your satisfaction is important to us. Each of our sauces, rubs, dressings, and compound butters is handcrafted in small batches with care and precision. While we do not accept returns on food items, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong with your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review all product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing. If you have any questions about allergens, flavor profiles, or storage, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
